Yes, your mentor will consult you and define a tuition schedule with you making sure you are fully on board.
Would my mentor review the designs and reports?
Yes, your mentor will review each and every aspect of your Final Year Project and will give you valuable advice as to how to maximise your chances of getting top grades.
How much time do you take to respond?
If you send us an email or send us details via Contact Us Form them in general we respond within 24 hours.
Your mentor will be available at the scheduled tuition time. If you need to contact your mentor outside of the schedule plan then simply send them an email and, in most cases, they will respond within 24 hours.
How do I contact my Mentor?
You can send an email to your assigned mentor.
Do you offer urgent help?
Yes, we do offer urgent help, if you need urgent help then simply fill out the contact form explaining the urgency and we will get back to you straight away.
What is the payment plan?
Usually, we will ask for a part payment before you start to plan your project teaching plan with your assigned mentor. The rest of the payment plan will be decided once your teaching plan is ready. If we consider that the teaching/training lessons/project plan is small then we do reserve the right to ask for full payment upfront.
Do you offer tuition and guidance in the subjects not listed on your website?
Yes, we do try to cater for most subjects but obviously, we cannot cover everything. Please do contact us if your subject is not listed on our website and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer technical training?
Yes, we offer technical training for Electronics, PCB Design, Programming, etc. Please contact us to find out how we can help you.
